Upon your arrival at the Tan Son Nhat international airport, your car and driver will already be there waiting for you with a name board and transfer for around 30 minutes you to your hotel in the city center for check-in (Early check-in is subject on availability).

After your breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a 60 km journey to the famous Cu Chi tunnels (around one and a half hour drive). On arrival, you will get a short introduction and watch a documentary video about the life of Viet Cong in these tunnels during the war. The tunnels were not only home to thousands of people, but also supplied routes and hospitals for the soldiers. Then you have the chance to discover the tunnels by yourself. Jump in and explore the storage facilities, weapon factories, kitchens, etc. Afterwards, you are offered the choice to try out real guns like AK47 or MK16 at the nearby shooting range. You can then relax with rice tapioca and green tea just like the guerrilla soldiers during the war. Return to Ho Chi Minh city for a late lunch.
After your short lunch break, you will visit the War Remnants museum, which was originally opened since 1975, with old military equipment and other items related to the tragic time of Vietnam War. Your next afternoon attraction is the Reunification Palace, which symbolize the end of the war when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates. Take a short walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, a still active church and favorite place for Vietnamese wedding photos, and the Central Post Office, designed by the world famous architecture Gustav Eiffel.

After breakfast in your hotel, you set off along 70 km for one and a half hour to My Tho city. In My Tho, you have some time to visit the Vinh Trang pagoda, one of the best known temples in this region. Then you embark a motorboat to the Turtle island. Stroll along the Mekong river with wonderful natural sceneries and view to fishing ports, stilt houses, etc. Upon your arrival on this island, you will visit a bee farm and enjoy the honey tea. You have also the chance to learn about the coconut candy making process in a local workshop. Continue your boat trip along a canal lined with orchards and covered by the shadows of the water coconut trees. You enjoy your lunch in a local house in the heart of an orchard garden.
After your midday break, you will take a walk through the village, visit fruit gardens. Feel free to enjoy the local fruits while you are listening to traditional Southern Vietnamese folk songs. You have also the choice to participate in the daily activities of the local farmers. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the beautiful countryside. Return to My Tho through the amazing Tan Thach canal and take a transfer to Can Tho.

Enjoy your breakfast in your hotel and take then a further boat trip to explore the lower part of the Mekong river, especially the Cai Rang floating market. This is an original and most bustling place of this region. Try out some local specialties on the market, a quite unique experience that you are hardly to find anywhere else.
In the afternoon, you will visit a local village to get an inside view of the rural life. Try to cross the monkey bridge with only one bamboo stilt. Your last visit for today will be the Can Tho market. Take a three and a half hour drive back to Ho Chi Minh city, followed by a transfer to the airport for a flight to Dalat.

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and driver to start your exciting discovery of Dalat. At first, you will take a drive around the Xuan Huong lake with a visit to the city flower garden. Then you will head further north to the scenic valley of love. At this place you have the chance to admire picturesque and romantic sites with many deep valleys and endless pine hills. Come back to the city centre with a visit of the Dalat railway station, famous for its unique architecture with elements of native communal houses from the Vietnamese highlands. Make a last stop at the Chinese temple before you enjoy your delicious lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will set south to Tuyen Lam lake and Truc Lam Zen monastery. On your way, you will make a short stop at the Bao Dai summer palace. Before you reach Truc Lam zen monastery, you will also get an increadible overview of Dalat from the top of the Robin hill, which you discover by cable car. The monastery is located on the Phoenix mountain and considered as one of the most beautiful monasteries in Vietnam. Fulfill your day with a visit of the breathtaking Datanla waterfall before you head back to your hotel in Dalat.

After your breakfast in the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and get to Hoi An. Then, you start your day with a walk around the attractive Hoian port town. During the 16th century, this ancient town used to be the national commercial trading center for East and West. Take your time to discover the quaint cobblestone streets with more than two-century-old Chinese houses. Admire the architecture from China, Japan, France and Europe along the narrow lanes. Continue your trip to the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, a historical building dating back to the16th century, the Phuoc Kien Assembly Halls, and the local fish market.

After your breakfast in the hotel, you set off for your today adventure (around 50 km, about one and a half hour) to My Son sanctuary. This ancient imperial city during the Champa dynasty, (from 4th to 12th century), was the place to hold religious ceremonies of the kings and burial place for Champa royals and national heroes. On your arrival, you will have one and a half hour to discover the 65 architectural Champa temples, spread all over a valley of roughly two kilometers, surrounded by two breathtaking mountain ranges. It was the year 1999, when UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site. You should also take some time to enjoy the traditional Aspara dancing of Cham girls.
Then it’s time to return to Hoi An from the Cau Lau boat station. Stream leisurely along the Hoi An river and spend some time to visit Kim Bong carpentry village, Pottery village and Cam Ha fish market. Then you jump on your bus to Hue through Da Nang. At your arrival in Danang, you have the chance to visit the exciting Cham museum, which preserves recovered reliefs of the Champa reign in a French architecture building. If time permits, you should not leave out a visit of the breathtaking Marble Mountain, a pilgrimage site with beautiful caves, tunnel and temples.
Then the time comes to head to Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass. On the way you will find wonderful moments to contemplate fantastic sceneries of Vietnam as you look out over the central coastline. En route, you will have chance to relax at one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam, Lang Co beach.
Arrived in Hue, you will check in into your hotel and have the rest of your day free at your leisure.

After your leisure breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide at your hotel to start you full day trip in Hue. Your first destination will be the Minh Mang king’s tomb, a complex with 40 constructions of palaces, temples, pavilions, etc. It is considered as the perfect combination of man-made and natural beauty. Head 15 minutes to Khai Dinh king’s tomb, a blend of eastern and western architecture. Your last tomb for today will be Tu Duc king’s tomb, the king with the longest reign during the Nguyen Dynasty. Afterwards you will visit the traditional martial art Van An with arts originated from the Nguyen Dynasty which exercises help you to have a healthier life. Before you head back to the city center to savor your lunch with local dishes, you spend 15 minutes to learn more about conical hats and incense in a traditional village.
Your afternoon is dedicated to the Imperial City of Hue – one of the seven World Heritage Sites of Vietnam. Your visit includes the Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Ums, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace and Forbidden Purple City. Your day will be completed with a boat trip on the Perfume river to the famous Thien Mu pagoda. Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi.

After your leisure breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and driver to start your city with the famous Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you have the chance to contemplate the Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Afterwards, you set off to the 1000 years old Temple of Literature. This is Vietnam’s first university and dated back to the year 1070 and is now the destination for young students to praise for luck in their upcoming exams. Savor your lunch at a nice restaurant.
After lunch, you will continue your trip to one of the most attractive museums in Hanoi – Museum of Ethnology. At this historical place you will be clearly explained by your guide about all the 54 ethnic minorities with hundreds of beautiful displays. Take also your time to observe the traditional tribal houses reconstructed within the ground.
Now comes the time to pay a visit to Ngoc Son Temple on a small island of the Hoan Kiem Lake by crossing the The Huc bridge, which name carries the meaning of ‘Place Touched by Morning Sunbeams’. Listen to its history from the 13th century.

After your breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up at around 8.00 am to start your day trip to Hoa Lu – Tam Coc in Ninh Binh province. This 110km drive for around two and a half hour will take you through amazing countryside landscapes on the way. Arrived in Ninh Binh city, you will make your first visit to the ancient capital Hoa Lu to admire the great architecture of the two temples of the Le and Dinh dynasties. Listen to some stories of these kings from your experienced guide.
Head further 16 km to Tam Coc, where you will first of all enjoy a tasty lunch in a local restaurant.
Be ready for your afternoon discovery of the three caves of Tam Coc. Embark a small sampan and stream around half and a half hour on the river. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves as you pass by endless paddy fields and deserted green fields.
Afterwards you will have some time on your bike to explore the local life of the countryside. It is time to return to Hanoi, where you spend your night.

Savor your breakfast early in the morning as your guide will pick you up in the early morning. Your 5-hour-drive will take you to the northwest mountainous area of Sapa. On your way you will have a short break for refreshing.
On your arrival in Sapa by noon time, you will take your lunch in a nice restaurant and rest a little after a quite long transfer.
At around 2.00 pm you will start your 12 km trek on the wonderful trails of Muong Hoa valley to Lao Chai village, inhabited by the Black H’Mong people. In the village, your guide will tell you more about the daily life of this ethnic minority. Try to interact with these friendly people to understand more about them. Pass a huge golden valley until you reach the village. Then you arrive at the Ta Van village of the Giay people with a rich culture and unique houses on rice paddy fields. On your way, you will admire marvelous panoramic views which you should capture by brilliant photos.

Enjoy your home-made breakfast, and feel free to participate in the preparation of the meal. Say good bye to your friendly holders and set your way to Cat Cat village, home of the Red Dzao ethnic minority. The unique character of the Red Dzao women are their colorful red embroidery and coins on their cloths. You can also note the red scarf on their head. Some have also shaved their eyebrows according to a great legend. You reach the village through rice paddy fields and a great experience in the Vietnamese bamboo forest. On your way you will also pass by the Sapa ancient rock formations in which images in all shapes and sizes are engraved.
Your bus will be waiting to you at the main road. Return to your hotel in Sapa, where you can take a rest and some refreshment. You have free time at your leisure to buy some souvenirs or just to relax until you head back to Hanoi at around 3.00 pm. You arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at around 9.00 pm.

After breakfast, your guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and set off for around four hours through scenic landscapes with beautiful rice paddies to Halong Bay. Upon your arrival at the pier of Halong, you will embark on a wooden tender which takes you to your cruise on the bay. Enjoy your delicious seafood lunch and immerse into the fresh air and sceneries of breathtaking islands and limestone karst passing by. In the afternoon you have time for some watersports like swimming and kayaking in the crystal clear water. Depending on the itinerary of your cruise, you also explore some of the limestone caves in the region.
As the sun starts to set, the ship will set its anchor in a tranquil area for the night. Dinner and overnight on board.

You are recommended to get up early this morning to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the bay when the sun rises or participate in the Tai Chi exercises for good health. Enjoy your breakfast on board as the ship sails through the bay for an exploration of more remote areas back to the pier. Depending on your cruise itinerary, you may also have the chance for further exploration of mysterious caves like Sung Sot (Surprise cave) or the well-hidden Thien Canh Son cave. On your arrival at the pier, your shuttle bus will bring you back to Hanoi.
