Lunar New Year is the most important festival of Vietnamese people in a year. They believe these days to be the beginning of the best luck and happiness for the year. Everyone will return to their family. So all the best will be shown. Coming to Tet, people will decorate their houses with flowers and good costumes. The most special thing that you cannot ignore is to enjoy the most quintessential Vietnamese cuisine. In addition, depending on the customs of each region, there are extremely special festivals.

It is a big happy for everyone if they can join our Tet tour. The place where you completely become a local, immerse yourself in the great changes of heaven and earth and enjoy the best that the lunar new year brings to you. Surely you will not forget this festival.

But you also note that, all services are to serve in accordance with local style. The accommodation will not be as comfortable as in a high-class hotel, the food is completely local, the guide is our collaborator (maybe students) and is not really good at English. You will also be involved in some of the local family chores to help them. Sometimes you will have to see the surroundings on your own. You’ll need to bring your phone with you for help whenever you need it. All these services are intended to bring you the most realistic experience and you will no longer be an ordinary travelers.

Day 1: 2 day before TET holiday. Get picked up from hotel to the local family, stay with local people

Day 2: 1 day before TET holiday. Go to local market to buy the things for TET. Buy food, Blossom flower or kumquat tree. Join to Midnight New Year Celebration and Party. Say the best wishes to the family and go around the village to say the best wishes. Early morning go to the nearest Pagoda to pick the tree buds for the new year.

Day 3: First day of TET.  Join to Participate in the ritual of offering incense to ancestors and praying for the new year. Receive New Year’s greetings. Going around the village to say besh wishes for everyone.

Day 4: 2nd of TET: Visit some temples and pagodas around, go around the town.

Day 5: 3rd day of TET: Join to the village festival. Say goodbye to the family and village. Return Hanoi city centre.
